FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is every product halal certified?

Many products on LAYNUR are certified by recognised halal authorities; the certification is shown on each product page. For items that are inherently halal without requiring certification (for example, cold-pressed olive oil or raw honey), we document the origin and production method instead. If you are unsure about a specific product, contact [email protected].

How do you verify the Islamic sources in your articles?

Every blog article cites the Quran via quran.com and authentic hadith via sunnah.com with collection, book, number, and grading (sahih or hasan). Weak (daif) and fabricated (mawdu) hadith are never cited. Classical scholarship (Ibn al-Qayyim, Ibn Sina, al-Razi) is cited with a verifiable reference. Every post ends with a numbered sources section.

Do you make medical claims?

No. LAYNUR does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Articles that discuss traditional medicinal uses (for example, black seed in Islamic and Muslim Golden Age medicine) present historical framing only. Anything you read on this site is not a substitute for qualified medical advice.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days within the continental United States. Shipping is free on orders over $75. International shipping is available at checkout to selected countries.

What is your return policy?

30 days from the date you receive the order. Unopened, unused items can be returned for a full refund. Refunds issue to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Do you run sales or discounts?

We do not run urgency-based campaigns (flash sales, countdown timers). Occasionally we offer a seasonal discount around Ramadan or Eid, and these are announced in our email list without hype.
